Game specifications are useful when you understand what they describe. This guide explains the fields in our catalogue.
Return to player (RTP)
RTP is a theoretical percentage of total stakes that a game returns over a very large number of wagers. A reported RTP of 96% does not mean you will get back 96% of your money in a session. Outcomes vary, and different versions of a game can have different RTP settings.
Volatility
Volatility describes variation in outcomes. A higher label generally suggests more uneven results, while a lower label generally suggests less uneven results. Labels are not standardised across studios. They should be read alongside the other specifications.
Maximum win
The dataset records the reported maximum win as a multiplier of the stake. A value of 5,000× describes a reported ceiling; it is not an average return or a prediction. Conditions and limits can depend on the game version.
Mechanics and paylines
Paylines, ways to win, cluster pays and other mechanics describe how combinations are evaluated. A larger number of ways does not by itself establish a higher probability of winning.
Bonus buy and jackpots
A yes/no field records what the source explicitly reports. A blank value is shown as “Not reported”. The source may mention jackpot-like features in a feature list without setting its separate jackpot flag; we preserve that distinction.
Bet ranges and hit frequency
Minimum and maximum stakes in the source are recorded in EUR. They are not Tanzanian shilling prices. Hit frequency is a reported proportion of spins that return a win; a win can still be smaller than the original stake.
Before using a specification
Check the paytable and rules of the exact game version. Our catalogue supplies reference information, not a guarantee of availability, licensing or results.
